You’re invited to be our guest at the 2019 American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons (ACFAS) Scientific Conference. This 2019 Be Our Guest at ACFAS interactive session will be held in New Orleans, LA at The Ernest N. Morial Convention Center, on Saturday, February 16th. All interested students are welcome to register and join us for this special event from 11-4. Hosted by AACPM, Be Our Guest is an exciting look inside the world of podiatric medicine. Attendees will be introduced to careers in podiatric medicine by one of our DPM Network Speakers, meet current students, and have a guided tour of the Exhibit Hall. Additionally, there will be representatives from the colleges of podiatric medicine on hand to answer questions about admissions, clinical shadowing opportunities, scholarships and much more! This complimentary session will feature: • Introduction to careers in podiatric medicine with a local Podiatric Physician and current student, • Observe a Plastic Surgery Workshop • Interactive activities led by podiatric physicians and current podiatric medical students, and • Meet with admissions professionals from the colleges of podiatric medicine.
